Vision
To serve as a catalyst of change in México by promoting and creating more and better services for communication and transportation, developing infrastructure that is accessible to all Mexicans, and assisting in improving their quality of life. This also encompasses building a true equalitarian and just society, and always working with the highest standards and professional ethics, thus establishing synergies between all levels of government and society in general.

Mission
Provide the country with transportation and communication systems that bring all Mexicans together, and integrate them to the world. This entails taking advantage of technological innovation, encouraging economic and social development on a balanced sustained basis, with outmost respect for cultural differences and towards the environment.
